NT Technology 2026: Five tracks. Three days. Deep tech.
Technology is evolving fast. So is the knowledge IT professionals need to stay ahead.
At the heart of the 31st edition of NT, NT Technology continues to bring together deep technical expertise, practical experience, and the people shaping the technologies we work with every day.
And as NT is staying deep while growing broader, this year’s technology programme reflects that evolution too. AI has become part of virtually every area of technology, and that shift runs throughout this year’s programme, from security and software development to infrastructure, data, and the modern workplace.
Across all three conference days, tech sessions and workshops will explore five key areas: cybersecurity, AI and data, software development, cloud infrastructure, and the modern workplace.
As organisations become more connected and digital, security is no longer just an IT concern. This track explores cybersecurity, identity and access management, security operations, data protection, governance, digital resilience, and the growing regulatory landscape, including NIS2 and DORA.
AI is changing how organisations create, analyse, and use information, but data remains the foundation that makes it possible. From generative and agentic AI to machine learning, data engineering, and real-time analytics, this track explores how organisations can build AI solutions, work with data at scale, and turn information into new capabilities.
How do you build, release, and continuously improve modern applications at the speed today’s environment demands? This track goes deep into application development, software engineering, DevOps, architecture, APIs, microservices, containers, CI/CD, and cloud-native development, from writing code to running applications at scale.
Modern IT increasingly spans cloud, hybrid, multicloud, and on-premises environments. This track explores the technologies and approaches behind reliable, scalable infrastructure, including servers, datacentres, networking, storage, virtualisation, containers, infrastructure management, and cloud-native platforms.
The workplace is changing as AI, automation, collaboration tools, and business applications become part of everyday work. This track explores digital workplace technologies, productivity and communication platforms, business applications, low-code and no-code development, process automation, and AI-powered tools designed to help people work smarter.
From cybersecurity and AI to cloud, development, and the modern workplace, NT Technology 2026 is designed for professionals who want to go beyond the basics and understand not only what’s changing, but how to apply it in practice.
The five tracks will come to life through tech sessions and workshops across all three days of NT, led by Slovenian, regional, and international experts with hands-on experience from the field.
The programme is taking shape, with more speakers and sessions to be revealed soon.
