Many Microsoft SharePoint installations fail on the poor adoption. We at K2 believe that SharePoint based Business Applications are the missing piece in making people to love their SharePoint again. All that is needed is passion, courage to make tomorrow just a little bit better than yesterday and platform, where applications, solving real problems of real people, can be built fast and without any deep technical skills. In my talk I will show how powerful Business Application can be created quickly without the need of writing any code.

Ales’s country of residence is the Czech Republic, but he considers himself to be a true European Citizen. He works in IT industry for 24 years now, working in many technical as well as managerial roles, usually covering extensive geographical region. His previous employers include companies like Microsoft, Oracle or Konica Minolta. Currently he works in K2 as CEE Regional Director, covering territory spanning from Poland to Israel.
