Creating a multidimensional cube in Analysis Services is fairly easy, but getting them to perform and scale well can be a challenge. In this session we’ll look at a number of techniques that can be used to prepare your cube for TB scale; including matrix partitioning, data modelling, distinct count optimization, aggregations, MDX, scoped assignments, cache warming and more.
